Leveraging his multidisciplinary experience and education, Mr. Pitale has built a flourishing company that excels in methodological and process-oriented operations that remain highly profitable.
During his career, Mr. Pitale has led software engineering, analytical, operational, and engineering systems development programs as a Government Engineer and Project Manager, and as a Director of Marketing, Program Manager, and consultant in the private sector.

Practice Director

Mr. Mallia will manage the methodology for enterprise engineering, bringing to bear his experience of enterprise integration in successful engagements with large organizations in the federal and financial services sectors. The core goal of this methodology is to drive efficient and effective large systems development.
Mr. Mallia has developed integration for over 2 dozen commercial and federal projects covering a span of 30 years. Mr. Mallia has advised and supported IT organizations in the use of a rigorous engineering process to design service-oriented integration frameworks. |
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Mallia has been involved in many interoperability projects, including the design and construction of plug compatible data communication devices, satellite and wireless digital data broadcast systems, enterprise integration and electronic health information exchange. This experience crossed over into the commercial sector to encompass major integration projects for a handful of Fortune 100 companies. |

Mr. Bonina is responsible for client satisfaction and successful implementation of key programs at Edmond Scientific Company, with a focus on Federal Government Healthcare IT Solutions, specializing in directing the winning of new business and the implementation of technology solutions.
Mr. Bonina has a proven track record in managing large projects as a Program Manager and running groups as a Practice Director, with an innate a passion for designing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions that help to drive a business towards “active intelligence.” Mr. Bonina is an expert in “rapid application development” approaches using techniques such as prototyping, interactive design, and RUP. |
| Mr. Bonina is also the Engagement Manager for the VA External Integration Architect, which includes VA architecture oversight and specification development for the Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN) adapter. In this role, Mr. Bonina is leading the market expansion at the Veteran Affairs, DoD Military Health Service and Health and Human Services. |
